Registration is now open for our GVS June Conference and AGM!

This will be the first of our new 1 and a half day conference style meetings, with our usual Thursday presentations day  (Thursday 9th June) being augmented by a hugely anticipated goat farm walk at a nearby large commercial dairy goat herd on Wednesday 8th June. The goat farm visit will involve 3 stations with varied topics, incl. humane euthanasia, kid rearing, and feeding goats for high performance without compromising health. Milking will be ongoing from 1400 and throughout the afternoon. There will also be the opportunity for some product tasting and light refreshments will be provided.

For those staying over on the Wednesday evening, we plan to hold a social dinner / drinks gathering for any that wish to catch up – further details will be distributed in due course.

We will also be holding our AGM at the start of Thursday – if any GVS member has anything they would like to add to the agenda, please can they notify the Secretary via email (g) by Monday 6th June 2022.
